What do democrats have to do with this story, the GP is never believable it is some nutburger blogger. The story was on Jan 11 and not one update.

There are some articles on the internet mentioned the woman. I don't know where the poster got the info, but this story has been posted on the leatherneck.com

Some Marine said that,

the law in Wayne County is often very different than the rest of the state. Kym Worthy, the County Prosecutor, is a big-time liberal and anti-cop. She is also anti-2A.

Something is not being reported. Some detail. Even Kym Worthy knows her limits as the State Supreme Court is majority Republican and they won't have any problems sticking it to her if necessary.

Marine Jailed for shooting Home Invader...

Both as a Marine and as a cop I was taught to ONLY shoot to kill. If my intent is not to kill, my gun stays put. If I ever winged anyone it was a mistake.

I don't know if this is true or not, but it looks like this Marine was the only one shot in his own house, and he got punished the most. It doesn't make any sense to me.

There is very little in this story that makes sense, I haven seen it even in the local newspapers. If true why wouldn't this be newsworthy.

This isn't a 2nd Amendment issue, they all had guns if the story is true but I have my doubts

well, I don't want to pretend to be an expert because I am not. My brother is a criminal defense attorney. According to him, sometimes, justice is not absolute.

Matter of fact, any person of sense will see that justice cannot be absolute since it changed with the times. Each culture has developed a different idea of perfect justices to meet their own individual needs. Since more then one form of absolute or perfect justice cannot exist, thus absolute justice does not exist.

I am not saying this story "makes sense", but I'd say when he was the ONLY one got shot in his own house, there was something seriously wrong.

Also, as I posted earlier, unfortunately, Both military training and martial arts training can put you into a "deadly weapon" category in the eyes of the law and you will be judged differently in a court of law if you use such training improperly and sometimes if you don't.
It really depends on the states, jury, judge, prosecutor, and attorney.

My information is factual.
Everyone needs to understand the door jam was broken and the armed home invader was coming in the house.
Confronted by the homeowner and gunfire exchanged
The police state the first criminal act was the homeowner discharging his weapon, not the attempted break in.
The witnesses statement from the illegal gun carrying non resident states “I grabbed the tank & pounded on the door “
The police back the people that don’t belong & do not view breaking down the door as a crime

The 4th person did not post bail, Willhite didn’t stay in jail until arraignment, this has nothing to do with mutual female acquaintance and everything to do with Ward leaving & threateningly the homeowner and returned 15 minuets later with Wilson and tried to commit armed home invasion. Willhite was supposed to let her friends in to rob the place, didn’t open the door & Wilson broke the door frame. Don’t believe the police narrative.
Stay with the story and get the facts like a journalist, instead of swallowing the police narrative as factual
The police let Wlllhite walk that night because she agreed to participate in their effort to close the case quickly, facts be damned.

Just consider, the armed invader may have been a police informant. I have seen them get off from all kinds of stuff. we had a local woman who talked two guys into robbing a store. She was the only one armed. She threatened to kill the clerk. The two guys with her got 10 years in prison. she got probation because she was an informant. She stole a truck another time. Her accomplice got prison, she got probation.
