What was in the bill that Duckworth opposed?

Wow. You went there? As a vet myself and the daughter of a Vietnam vet, I find this statement thoroughly disgusting.

Is THIS your CLAIM?

Medical deferments are a WHOLE LOT DIFFERENT then DRAFT DODGING.

If you want to talk about REAL draft dodging, we can talk about Bill Clinton.

I DON'T think you know much about how the military deferments work and CERTAINLY medical deferments.

Do you think your VP Joe Biden was a draft dodger?

He got 5 deferments?
And the Trump family history of draft dodging to the extent that gramps lost his German citizenship because of it. Treason is in his bloodline.

NOPE Trump hid in school and when that ran out he used a medical deferment...

Which was clearly fake. Trump never stopped clubbing, golfing, tennis etc.... while he was suffering from bone spurs.

what we have here Quick Enough is trump dodging the draft and YOU defending a draft dodger because he is "your guy"...

War is one of our basic human traits. I don't see us evolving out of that anytime soon, but we can make personal choices for peace or violence.

My two cents....I'm going to have a bit more faith in placing the ultimate well-being of the military in a fellow soldier who LOST FREAKIN' BODY PARTS in a war defending our country, as opposed to a rich boy who came up with a lame-ass medical excuse to avoid the draft, but mysteriously, that medical excuse didn't stop him from participating in his favorite sports.

Duckworth filibustered a bill to which she has no legitimate objections to extort a DACA deal... CadetBoneSpurs is right as rain in this case.
