And if the University Education is in tact and up to par, then a person with a 93 IQ would not be able to attain a degree as the work would be too difficult. If 93 IQ people are getting degrees, it means that the system has been dumbed down to cater to their intelligence level. That hurts civilization.
Low IQ? This matters? Why? Someone with an IQ of 93..who uses all that he has, applies himself and attains a degree--is far superior to someone with an IQ of 133, who does nothing but learn just enough to get by...and does not apply himself and attain a degree.
Even if that was true, extreme diligence is rare. And it isn't any less rare in people with low IQs.
IQ as defined by the Stanford/Binet--is a relative, not an absolute measure of intelligence.
Think...margin of error. From 90 to 110 IQ--is not as significant as you wish to make it. Many might test at 93...but actually are 5 points higher...or lower, for that matter.
I have been in a position where I had access to my students IQ scores--and then saw their performance in the classroom. Some acted as you might expect..they were marginal..and many failed to complete. There were, however, others who sailed right though..clearly demonstrating their grasp of the subject matter.
Not mention the students with high IQ..who also failed..or failed to complete.
I notice you don't claim that there was no correlation between IQ and success in your classes. But you dishonestly lead readers to assume that was the case. Of course there are outliers in any group and IQ is not the only factor in academic success. No one would expect all high IQ students to do well or all low IQ students to do poorly.
Ok and? Many of those same people continue on to law school, medical school and other professional schools where most testing is anonymous. If they weren’t as intelligent as others, they would not be able to pass those examinations. A good friend of mine from a 3rd world country recently passed the Maryland Bar exam. Half of his exam answers were chosen as model answers. They’re bright...period.
Here's a thought: Instead of importing hundreds of thousands of low skill, low IQ, violent, rapy, misogynistic third worlders that will only turn wherever they go to into a ****hole start emphasizing Europe's native population to have more kids! European women need to start having children as they did in the old days.
What's ironic is that someone with an IQ of 93 is running our country and most of the Republican party member don't even score that high.
