Smells like a skunk. At the very least, it proves the fbi incompetent. Why would anyone suppose “there were not going to be charges”? Crooked. Anyone who doesn’t consider this are partisan a**wipes. Bad for our nation.
to all you liberals out there that think this is a nothing burger, be honest, if this were trump or anyone in his administration doing this, you would be screaming loud enough for his head on a platter to be heard without the internet around the country. but since it is the obama administration deep state doing this, its just a nothing burger to you.
we are talking about the top law enforcement agency breaking, nay SHATTERING the law, and then flaunting it for the sake of democrats. these are people actively trying to bring down a sitting president in any manner they can. if they can do it to trump, they can do it to anyone you like in the future.

The FBI “failed to preserve” five months worth of text messages exchanged between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, the two FBI employees who made pro-Clinton and anti-Trump comments while working on the Clinton email and the Russia collusion investigations.
The disclosure was made Friday in a letter sent by the Justice Department to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC).
“The Department wants to bring to your attention that the FBI’s technical system for retaining text messages sent and received on FBI mobile devices failed to preserve text messages for Mr. Strzok and Ms. Page,” Stephen Boyd, the assistant attorney general for legislative affairs at the Justice Department, wrote to Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson, the chairman of HSGAC.
He said that texts are missing for the period between Dec. 14, 2016 and May 17, 2017.

Clinton Foundation... Aka Swamp-watch... has raised $2,000,000,000.00 since it's creation in 2001, of which over $48,000,000.00 of that has come from overseas governments.
As Secretary of State, Crooked Hillary Rodham Clinton was in a unique position to reward those countries for their "generosity".
Saudi Arabia gave between 10 and 45 Million dollars to the Clinton Foundation. Ask the Clinton Foundation to nail that wide range for us.
Crooked Hillary Rodham Clinton was in a position to approve arms deals between American companies and foreign nations, and in 2011, Saudi Arabia got a 29 Billion dollar weapons deal. Just a coincidence? Boeing gave $900,000.00 to the Clinton Foundation just 2 months before the deal was finalized, getting paid from both sides.
Pretty shrewd dealings imo.

Commercial arms sales approved by Clinton State Department, 165 Billion in arms deals with 20 countries whose governments donated to the Clinton Foundation.
So now we're starting to see some of the why as to believing our "Intelligence Community" would fail us in these current times.
In 2009, Chevron ConocoPhillips ExxonMobil lobbied Hillary funded State Department for a new oil pipeline from Canada to Wisconsin. Those companies donated between 2 and 3 million to the Clinton Foundation. Hillary Clinton approved the permit to the pipeline that same year.
In Bill Clinton's last day in office, he pardoned Marc Rich, indicted on multiple federal charges including tax evasion. After being indicted, he fled to Switzerland. Marc Rich's wife Denise donated large donated large sums of money to the Clinton Presidential Foundation, including 200,000 in 1998, 100,000 in 1999, and 100,000 in 2000, the year before her husband was pardoned.

That excuse is complete BS. The phones themselves don't need to be configured for anything since they aren't what's archiving anything. It's ALL done on the backend server side so in essence, ALL communications are archived before it even reaches your device.
