In 2009, Chevron ConocoPhillips ExxonMobil lobbied Hillary funded State Department for a new oil pipeline from Canada to Wisconsin. Those companies donated between 2 and 3 million to the Clinton Foundation. Hillary Clinton approved the permit to the pipeline that same year.
In Bill Clinton's last day in office, he pardoned Marc Rich, indicted on multiple federal charges including tax evasion. After being indicted, he fled to Switzerland. Marc Rich's wife Denise donated large donated large sums of money to the Clinton Presidential Foundation, including 200,000 in 1998, 100,000 in 1999, and 100,000 in 2000, the year before her husband was pardoned.
Bill Clinton earned more than $100,000,000.00 between 2001 and 2013 in "speeches" That's about $4006.41 per hour.
He's earned 26 million bucks from companies that donate to the foundation since he left the White Office.
Now let's talk about the 2010 Haiti earthquake. Their government set up a recovery committee chaired by Bill Clinton. Irish telephone service provider Digicel created a service to transfer relief money via cell phones. In 6 months, it brought in 60 million in revenue to Haiti. It was run by one Dennis O'Brien, who set up a number of paid speeches by Bill Clinton and donated millions of his "own" money to the Clinton Foundation.
You could pay your way to meet with Hillary Clinton while she was Secretary of State! That scheme netted them over $150,000,000.00.

The FBI “failed to preserve” five months worth of text messages exchanged between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, the two FBI employees who made pro-Clinton and anti-Trump comments while working on the Clinton email and the Russia collusion investigations.
The disclosure was made Friday in a letter sent by the Justice Department to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC).
“The Department wants to bring to your attention that the FBI’s technical system for retaining text messages sent and received on FBI mobile devices failed to preserve text messages for Mr. Strzok and Ms. Page,” Stephen Boyd, the assistant attorney general for legislative affairs at the Justice Department, wrote to Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson, the chairman of HSGAC.
He said that texts are missing for the period between Dec. 14, 2016 and May 17, 2017.

If, as claimed, it was a generic failure of the system due to the introduction of equipment and software there is nothing criminal. If you can find who screwed up in the IT environs you might discipline them but that is unlikely to be any important.
If it turns out not to be generic but specific there may be a case to go after whoever did it. Should come out in the not to distant future.

You need to explain to me how this works, companies donate to the Clinton foundation and then in return for their donation they hire Bill Clinton for speaking fees, is this a new version of the quid-pro-quo. What exactly do all these companies get in return, these have to be some of the dumbest CEO's in history.
