Thoughts on DOJ potentially subpoenaing 23 jurisdictions.
If they are purposely violating federal law via their policies, shouldnt they be legally held accountable?

If they don’t follow federal law then they should not receive federal aid.

This suggestion is actually against the law.

How would you do so? What would you expect to occur exactly? Lets say you issued this-you say to the jurisdictions....well who specifically? And what would be the purpose of it? Lets be specific.

18 U.S. Code § 2 - Principals
(a) Whoever commits an offense against the United States or aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces or procures its commission, is punishable as a principal.

(b) Whoever willfully causes an act to be done which if directly performed by him or another would be an offense against the United States, is punishable as a principal

That's just for starters.

As you said, that's for starters, now can you finish answering the question?

Are you saying that the mayors should be charged? The Governors? Every state/city employee that follows the sanctuary cities policies? The police officers, and firemen?

No just the sanctuary policy makers, governors, mayors and legislators.

Trump making good on his campaign promises. Why are these sanctuary city politicians so 'shocked' ?
They thought he was just joking about cracking down on sanctuary cities?

It’s also against the law to harbor and protect known criminals who are wanted by law enforcement.

Yup which is exactly what they are doing. ICE usually doesn't go after the random illegal alien grandma...unless she's also dealing dope...or running a prostitution ring.

The sick part is that these politicians and pro illegal alien police KNOW these people are criminals yet still want to protect/shield them.

Because ... "we don't want to break up families"....
