I don't really care if he releases or holds the transcripts as long as it doesn't impact Mueller's investigation, but its strange that he is now releasing the other transcripts. Did young Trump and the others ask for their release as was the case with Fusion GPS, seems like Grassley is being hypocritical but I'm used to it.


Total nonsense that Kushner is "spooked" but it doesn't matter with the Mueller investigation.

A “spooked” Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump’s son-in-law and adviser, won’t agree to a staff interview with the Senate Judiciary Committee, Chairman Chuck Grassley said.


The Iowa Republican said at a committee hearing Thursday that he now plans to release transcripts of the panel’s interviews with other participants in a 2016 meeting between Russians and top Trump campaign officials. That means the public could have its first glimpse of Donald Trump Jr.’s account of the event soon.


“I had hoped to speak with all the witnesses surrounding the Trump Tower meeting before releasing any interview transcripts, but with the unilateral release of the transcript for Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson, it seems to have spooked other potential witnesses,” Grassley said Thursday. “As a result it looks like our chances of getting a voluntary interview with Mr. Kushner has been shot.”

It's not up to Fusion if their testimony will be released, it's up to the committee.

You don't take unilaterally action to release testimony for purely political reasons, or you end up right were we are now.

There a lot of desperate deflection form the dems, but Feinstein brought this on herself.

Your use of the Bloomberg link makes me wonder - I'm sure Michael Bloomberg must despise Trump, and not just for his so-called politics. Bloomberg is a real billionaire, and a classy one - he really does have the money (and doesn't keep declaring bankruptcies), he has culture, he supports good causes. I'm wondering now if Bloomberg news is tending toward denigrating articles about Trump.
