Okay I'll play along for the hell of it. Who awarded these "fake news awards"? Oh that's right, it was Trump. If I were him I'd be labeling any news outlet that had unflattering things to say about me "fake" as well. I'd also be pathetically desperate enough to do anything to get the scrutiny off me by inventing something as stupid as a fake news award.

Does that sound like a rational course of action to you? Does it sound like something the President of the United States should be actively engaged in? It doesn't to me and it certainly doesn't to a majority of American voters who have a maturity level well above Trump.
