Millions more would have been covered if the red states would have expanded Medicaid. But those Republicans thought it was more important to play politics than to care about the health of their constituents.

And they still don't care, seeing how they have had eight years to come up with an alternative and they have not bothered. They only care about taking health insurance away from those who got it through the ACA, not helping more to get it.

Looks like he has a great healthcare plan. Actually the interesting thing thats pointed out is that this will impact those making 4X the poverty limit, as the subsidies will shelter the poorer folks.

2019 will be the first time we see the impacts of the war on the ACA. Will it really be 30% as the study estimates? Barring some changes I can see that occurring.
More fanciful projections.

the stock market will crash if trump gets elected. financial predictions by the established financial community do not apply to trump

The PPACA was a war on the people. Sure you can cherry pick cases where it helped as you can also show cases where it was a disaster. You can also include in that view the larger part of the population that suffered from high cost, unmanageable deductions and lack of doctors willing to participate. healthcare meets Armageddon.

the repubs that had 7 years to develop a healthcare plan and failed to deliver, so far, should all be replaced! McConnel making excuses like trump doesn't understand, reveals he, MM doesn't understand.

I anticipate a healthcare plan as trump promised, as he has a track record of delivering promises. It is the repub party that is a stone around trump's neck.

The PPACA was a disaster from the beginning. When we are told we have to pass it to find out what is in it, a disaster can only result. People who approved that legislation were shocked at some of its requirements years after its passage. The PPACA totally destroyed the concept of doctor patient relationship as you had no choice of doctors in most cases if you had ppaca insurance. Doctors left their practices. Obama lied about keeping your doctor, he lied about cost savings and seriously inconvenienced millions of people to help a fraction of the population. A sincere leader would have soled the smaller problem without annihilating the healthcare coverage for the larger part of the population. that signaled Obama's ppaca was a Trojan horse for his larger political agenda.

There is no doubt they should have something.

However, you failed to address my question, obama very clearly stated that under his plan all Americans will be covered, what happened?

Anyway, where's that more affordable, cover more people plan Trump promised?
So, no answer, figures.

Why can the left go back in time, but when anyone that opposes the left with what they said in the past, well that just does not matter anymore.

Taking your logic, what trump said is also in the past. Why are you talking about it?

Trump is the current president. HE promised everyone would be covered - with a GOOD and affordable plan.

How about you hold HIM to account? He's the one who can fix things now. Obama is no longer president in case you haven't noticed.

No legislation is perfect. Had the red states embraced the Medicaid expansion as they did in many states - you wouldn't have had so many Trump voters fall through the cracks. But their governors didn't care about them.

Trump said "I alone can fix it".

Still waiting. All he's done is broke it and fixed nothing.

The red states did not want to pay for it, after 3 years, they don't have the ability to print money like the GOV.

No, he has fixed a lot of things....because you disagree, does not mean you are correct.

So, when obama said under his plan, he was lying, just like trump? Say it ain't so.....
