Do you mean the Rosenstein that refused to comply with several subpoenas for months, obstructing congressional committees from doing their constitutional duty of providing oversight for the DOJ?

If so, I would be pretty frustrated by Rosenstein myself.
Rosenstein should be removed. But, really, what needs to happen is for Sessions to de-recuse himself. Enough is enough. We now know that the collusion thing was BS, and the American people who elected Trump are entitled to have his appointed AG run the DOJ.

McCabe, Comey and Rosenstien are all named, pulling some Mickey Mouse crap that is going to raise many eyebrows. Even hardcore democrats that have been kept ignorant and complacent are going to sit back and say, whoa?
It is going to make democrats hate conservatives even more. Getting told, "I told you so" just so many times, is very irritating.
