Looks like Mexico won.. their cheap labor over there and the new facilitythey built before Trump was president is taking American jobs. Trump tried to keep it opened.. the company decided to eliminate more jobs though innovation. Plus the new Mexican facility is up to date.

I remember years ago voting for Perot and his truthful comment of the giant sucking sound that will take away American jobs and all going to Mexico. Perot fought Clinton on the passing of Nafta.. Perot fought hard for the American worker but the people chose Clinton over Perot. Some Americans are just plain stupid when voting against their own interests.

Like that matters...

that many people need a collective voice represented, by a spokesperson.

All Trump supporters are gullible losers. Anyone with a brain can figure out that American corporations are not giving up $3 per hour labor.

Absolutely. Trump crowed on camera about how he saved the company; saved their jobs ~ now he can acknowledge that he didn't accomplish one thing except screwing the taxpayers of IN. See below.

Tell me about it. It happened again in November 2016.

You have twenty nine thousand posts. Didn't Trump find a VP job for you yet?

There is a tendency for a lot of people to blame the sitting or past POTUS for everything. this has been going on forever.

As it relates to Carrier, Trump/ Pence made a big deal out of saving jobs. The union rep made clear most of the jobs were toast and Carrier was moving the local operation to Mexico.

Most of these jobs were moderately skilled and paid $25/ hr plus benefits, including pension. What exactly in a 53 year old with 25 years with Carrier going to do? The local Home Depot pays $9/ hr for part time seasonal work.

Trump is not responsible for business decisions made by Carrier any more than Obama or Bush. Nonetheless, it's a tad of embarrassment given Trump Org used the situation to create a perception he could make a deal with Carrier and save all the jobs.
