The fact is people can form clubs, unions, religious organizations and corporations and those should all be protected by our Constitution. Do you really believe it would be OK to discriminate against a corporation based on the religious affiliation or the race of their stockholders?

Unions are evil and have been dismantled in this country.
Corporations on the other hand team up and write legislation to punish consumers and and citizens of this country constantly.
We saw that recently with Net Neutrality where the consumer was punished and the Too Big Too Fail was rewarded.
They tried to push it as a Free Market Act, but you do not see these same people pushing to get rid of regulations that these big Corporations wrote.
These Big Corporations used the Free Market Mantra to get rid of regulations and would scream bloody murder if regulations they approve of were done away with.
I wonder how the Pro Corporate Cheerleaders would feel if every citizen was awarded the same power as corporations. Not rights, but the power that goes with deep pockets they have.
Such as:
1) Every citizen is awarded a team of accountants to find every loophole possible to reduce their expenses.
2) Every citizen is awarded a team of lobbyists to tailor policy and legislation to their benefit.
3) Every citizen is awarded a team of lawyers to fight back against corporations and big business.
4) Purchasing Politicians to favor their interests.
5) Pushing family members into politics to serve their interests.
Now some will say no one is stopping individuals from doing the above, but that is where they are wrong.
Most citizens do not have the deep pockets to do the above which is exactly why these entities should not have the same rights as citizens.

Every citizen has access lobbyists and representatives... its called a phone/mail
Every citizen has access to lawyer
Every citizen to calling their Politicians to talk to them about their interests
