So, Trump put a 30% tariff on Solar panels, in a sector where 2000 are working producing Solar panels in the US, while 260.000 work in installations and services.


Solar industry was growing at 17 times faster then the rest of the economy, but now these tariffs will kill or stifle the Solar installation sector and kill thousands and thousands of jobs.



How many belive that these Tariffs will induce more solar panel production in the US?

In the USA, very little oil is used to produce electricity. Oil and it’s byproducts are too valuable for other things (like transportation fuels).

Coal and natural gas are the main fossil fuels used for electricity generation.

Unless you provide an unbiased source for your claim, I call this thread BS.

What the tariff does is that it will give U.S. solar panel producers more market share and they will expand, creating new jobs.

Your lie is that only jobs will disappear, but not mention the new jobs that will be created.
