Funny that people opposed to racist mascots are called snowflakes but all the whining is coming from people opposed to the change. Why do you care? Why would you choose this hill to die on?
No one is dying on this hill. To be fair, with all of the liberal extremism since Obama, one hill generally seems to be as good as any at this point. Even though I would have theoretically agreed with you five or so years ago.
The point being that since liberals are taking the shotgun approach to anything and everything, no matter how extreme, then you probably shouldn't expect non-liberals to be choosy about what they defend. Liberals seem to have abandoned that rational political meeting place a good while ago.
So its not okay for the team to call themselves the Indians but Elizabeth Warren is allowed to call herself an Indian...
Im fine with what ever the club and local Natives in that area decide on. Its their business. All the fake Natives coming out of the wood work these days is pretty pathetic. The Elizabeth Warrens and Rachel Donzel types appropriating some one else's culture just goes to show you how delusional these people are.
If you're not Native American, you don't get to say that people shouldn't be offended by the Cleveland Indians or any other sports team that depicts Native Americans.
is this where we ask for Senator Warrens opinion?
