Totally relevant when the OP and those like him blame foreigners without knowing if they are actually foreign or not.

well, if they were not foreigners, the ignorance and disrespect they were showing is even more disturbing. Would you agree ?

Simply put; why visit a war memorial if you're not prepared to give it the kind of respect deemed normal by everyone. Who in their right mind would not lower their voices, restrain their children from running and acting boisterous.

Who among the civilized world would treat a "war memorial" in the same fashion they would a Disney attraction?

^^^This. Sums it up well. It could be said "only in America" would such disrespect of a war memorial be tolerated. Using the memorial fountain as a wading pool. However, I've seen some pretty enraging videos of such things happening in other countries as well with Americans as the perpetrators. One that comes to mind(though I think the perp in this case was Chinese) was of this clown harassing a Coldstream Guard at Buckingham. Getting up in his face, mouthing off and such.

In the end he went to far and laid hands on the Guard which earned him being at the point of a bayonet with a shouted command of "Hands OFF the Queens Guard!!" It was Beeeeeaautiful. Yes, far to many people these days just have no respect for things that deserve ultimate respect and more. Slight negligence in their upbringing perhaps.
