Instead of sound fiscal decisions we are back to supply side nonsense creating an even larger deficit.
It is both. If you can not balance the budget, then you should not cut taxes. It is very simple.

I think Trump haters should do the patriotic thing and donate the money they'll be saving from the tax cut back to the US Treasury.

Yeah, when hell freezes over.

If spending is cut, liberals will howl that the poor are starving, if spending is not cut liberals will howl about the deficit.

This thread is a classic example of the rampant hypocrisy of the left.

If that's true then why did Obama create more jobs during his last year in office than Trump did his first year in office?

Fund what you spend.

It is not complicated.

We have chosen to reduce the funding, and spend on borrowed money. That is a problem.

It wouldn't make a noticeable dent in what the US pays out in interest yearly on it's debt. In 2017 the US paid $458,542,287,311.80

What real jobs did he create? Did Obama create jobs people could live on? You're in a borough of NYC and the vacancy rate for commercial sites has surpassed the 20% mark and you think high paying jobs have returned? Really?
