It has everything to do with taxes, congress doesn't want to give out bad news. They should be raising taxes to cover the deficits instead of cuts. They don't have any credible cuts to balance the budget. So where are the cuts, DOD, Medicare & Medicaid, Social Security because without any cuts in those areas there will never be a balanced budget.
Instead of sound fiscal decisions we are back to supply side nonsense creating an even larger deficit.
It is both. If you can not balance the budget, then you should not cut taxes. It is very simple.
Why do you want to cut aid for Israel? Why would we cut help for our friends? But we send aid to our enemies ...that's what we're talking about here ...not Israel! Are you an anti-Semite?
Obama did nothing to bring the US economy back from its normal low cycle. He held a boot on the neck of the US economy. His stimulus money still lies unspent, cash for clunkers was a fail, he made banks that did not need loans take loans, he screwed GM shareholders, he lied about shovel ready jobs. the only thing Obama did to help the economy was to leave at the end of his 2nd term.
If that's true then why did Obama create more jobs during his last year in office than Trump did his first year in office?

What real jobs did he create? Did Obama create jobs people could live on? You're in a borough of NYC and the vacancy rate for commercial sites has surpassed the 20% mark and you think high paying jobs have returned? Really?
