The Nunes memo was clumsily designed to slander the FBI and to bolster Trump by using cherry-picked facts, exaggerations and falsehoods.
In the end, the memo will prove most useful as evidence used by Mueller to indict Nunes for obstruction of justice. Nunes has created a smoking gun against himself. That's why the rest of the GOP are backing away.
The legislature, the executive branch, and the judiciary are juxtaposed against one another. Balance of power? Nunes is a member of the legislature. He does not work for the President of the United States. He should not be consulting with them, he should not be serving the President in any way. Because he was a part of the transition team, he should recuse himself altogether from investigations involving the President and his staff.
This is a pretty good example of the desperation from the left.
All this silly whining about the memo exhibits their fear, they are looking for any reason to oppose the memo, no matter how absurd.
One thing is for sure, if this memo was nothing, easily brushed off as false, or fake, there would not be all of this outright panic going on from the left, and the msm.
Rush just spoke about this and said Nunes DID deny it. Elite media will always report whatever makes Trump look bad. Dems accuse Nunes of cherry picking data. Well, there are backup docs so they could easily prove Nunes wrong if that was the case. Why are they so afraid?
Rush also asked an obvious question: If Trump is guilty of collusion and obstruction why are the Dems so afraid of having this memo exposed? Wouldn't the FBI be eager and proud?
What I don't want to happen is dumping this story on the weekend when it will get lost... although, it would be great for the Sunday political shows. Elite media always protect their DNC masters so they will probably dismiss and ignore the memo.
I wonder how many Dems will announce they won't run for re-election after the memo is released.

The sheer number of Republicans stepping down and not running for reelection is quite staggering.
People keep asking Devin Nunes, "Did you work with the White House on "The Memo" you wrote?" His answer: silence. He won't deny it. Which means he probably did work with Trump's lawyers to craft a memo to trash the FBI and to protect Trump.
Nunes is actively obstructing justice to protect Trump. He is totally abusing his position as head of the House intelligence committee.
He did not "collude" with the White House! Why is it that you Leftists see "collusion" in everything, but refuse to admit Hillary was working with the Russians to craft the phony "dossier?"
Rush was just talking about this moments ago. Nunes did not work with the White House at all in putting together this summary of the investigation.
Democrats are so scared of what this memo contains that they will do everything possible to try to discredit it.

Actually, I thought it was a pretty concise explanation of the federal government from an American Civics standpoint. It really does seem that many Americans don't understand the balance of power that defines our system of government.
