No one with an shred of self-respect would beat their wife. By asking if they 'stopped' beating their wife, it means that they were beating them previously. They have no dignity with which their response will dignify the question. If they do not answer, they are either admitting by omission, or they are showing that they are not willing to accept the blame for past transgressions, and are likely still up to the same behavior.

Nunes already pulled this stunt with the white house last year. So it is a valid question, and the facts above apply directly to him.

Everyone capable of critical thought already know that this memo is a stupid smokescreen.
Feel free to distract yourself with it for as long as you can. I'm sure Fox News will have another distraction ready for you as soon as this one falls apart.

None of those articles link to where this statement came from, they just say it's an FBI statement.

I'm asking for a source directly from the FBI.

If these media outlet are correct, it should be very easy to provide a source to this FBI statement.

I'm simply saying I can't find the statement, if anyone can provide it, I would appreciate it.

How will anyone ever know if the memo is inaccurate other than those have access to the classified information. Nunes has produced the perfect conspiracy, the public will never know the answer and he has effectively sold the idea that the Intelligence agencies and courts are at fault.

Russia must be enjoying this tremendously, he has done more damage and created more mistrust in our agencies than they could have dreamed. Now there are some congressmen that are perfectly happy to expose how we gather intelligence and our sources just to answer his claim, it doesn't get any better than that if you are KGB.

Why Paul Ryan allowed him back in the Intelligence Committee is beyond me, there had to be someone independent that didn't serve on Trump's transition team.

It would appear that it was shared directly to national security reporters at various news agencies:
