Why would the FBI need to deny a conspiracy theory that wasn't even being peddled? Trump tweeted that he was being wiretapped. The FBI categorically that there was no truth behind the tweets. I don't know what you're ranting about, but there is nothing here.
Why would the FBI need to issue non-denial denials? why not just state categorically there were no wiretaps in Trump Tower?

Back in the real world, Trump is being investigated by Republicans for criminal collusion with the Kremlin, and is in the waning days of his nightmare administration.

The facts are that no one has even suggested what "collusion" might actually mean, and no evidence has been presented that Trump did anything wrong. With the release of the Nunes memo, it looks as if it was the Dems that broke the law and colluded with Russia. More memos are universally known to be on their way, which is why the DNC is in full panic mode.
But whatever. Go ahead and tell us for the next seven years that Trump is on his way out.

Okay. I pulled Limbaugh up.
So far ... my first take is that Limbaugh is going on about how Clinton etc. were trying to use FISA to get "into" the Trump Campaign through Carter Page. And what a terrible thing this type of spying is for our elections.
Okay, I'll bite. Very simplistically.
We know that Clinton's campaign WAS breached by Russia thru the Podesta e-mails and THAT information WAS used to her detriment through WikiLeaks - much to Trump's public delight.
Whether Trump's campaign colluded with Russia in this action currently is being investigated by Mueller - which makes Trump very unhappy.
Did any comparable bad stuff happen to Trump during the election? None that I can see.
DOJ was clear they found not one iota of evidence to support Trump's claim that Obama wiretapped him.
Case closed.
