Just carving out the low risk population? Which country did that?

Don’t engage a service you can’t pay for.

"Business Titans" can come up with a new healthcare system but nothing will come of it with obesity rates where they are today which is 40% of adults.

The sad reality, is that American's are just going to eat more and more high-profit slop from restaurants and work out less and less.

45% of middle-aged West Virginians for example are obese and with the obesity comes lots of opiod use and diabetes.

I don't people who are eating 3,000 plus calories a day are all the sudden going to eat Kale and fruit salad just because there is a new Amazon/JP Morgan thought up health solution.

Nurses and physicians are not going to accept pay cuts. In fact, I am sure with the number of American with long-term chronic diseases and the aging of the boomers that wages will go way up.
Pay by the pound healtcare.

Or at least pay by the body fat healthcare. The fatter you are the more you pay. I think that is fair. There are way too many fat people out there. I for one certainly do not want to pay for their lack of self control.

Everyone should pay for it according to their ability to pay. Just like schools and roads. It should be the bare minimum we can do for our people. Instead we're spending trillions on Wall Street, wars and gifts to the ruing donor class, like big pharma.

Everyone pay for their own stuff. Can’t, don’t expect someone else to pick up your slack.

In all likelihood, correct.

Insurers today often just administer for a profit self-insured corps, which these likely have been decades now. They may get X per claim, or % of claim $ to admin. It costs them 80% of that to amin. This cuts out that 20% of insurer's admin fee which is insurer's profit to admin.

So, you'll be happy being billed for every use of a navigational facility, runway, radar advisory, weather briefing, etc., etc., etc. ?
