I'm asking a simple question which only requires a yes or no answer.

I'm not sure why it's a question. He was impeached for it and during the impeachment trial, the fact was never in question.

The accused rapist Clinton also lied to the American people. I remember seeing this on live national TV.

Bill Clinton absolutely lied under oath (so has Hillary). Should he have been impeached for what he lied about? Probably not, but there's no question he lied.

A lie is a lie.
The "what" does nt matter.

Everybody knows you should nt lie in court.

He s the stupid one to lie about sex.
Cheaters always lie about sex.
So stupid.
No one cares about the sex but everyone cares about the lie.

Yep^ I voted for him twice. Last Democrat I voted for. They are all paid for by GE, Microsoft, Walmart, Amazon, so they mainly do the bidding for big business. Fortunately big business pays many of our wages too. Sucks but true!
