Absolutely irrelevant to what I posted.

Furthermore, you are also incorrect. Between 1945 and 1970 most companies in the USA were vertically organized and domestic in nature. (though yes, they did sell overseas. The USA produced 90% of the worlds manufactured goods in those days)
