I find tRump's uninterrupted string of unintentional blunders, adolescent insults and just plain stupid bombast to be very amusing.

Without doubt, the most entertaining prez in living memory.

But it's gonna end badly for tRump & Co.

The point is fallacious.

Trump has not demanded there be a military parade. No proof of this was ever presented by WaPo.

We get it. You disagree with the notion that Trump demanded a military parade.

What do you think of the idea of the parade itself?

This ^^^

Yet sadly, there are some in these forums who claim all Democrats are evil people out to destroy America.

Where is the fat man's proof that he didn't ask for a parade? Two can play that game.

The article stated the generals took it as a presidential directive. Also, a spokesperson from the Pentagon said they are looking into a date when the parade can be help. SO there is that.

The point isn't fallacious in the slightest. The point has nothing to do with any 'effing parade. The point is freestanding on its own merit.

Maybe you need to read this again and actually try to understand the meaning of the sentences in red.

It is not about having a parade on the schedule, it's the fact that Trump told the military he wants a parade down Pennsylvania Avenue, and you're trying to tell us he did not request one, even the White House Press press secretary confirmed that he asked for one.

If you want to be obtuse as usual and say Trump did not "demand" one, which is not not your original assertion, note that when the Trump tells his subordinates to "explore" the idea of a parade, that means he wants to have a parade.

And your original assertion was that Trump never said any of it:

Absolutely no proof given that Trump said any of it.
to which you have been proven completely and utterly incorrect.

And it was not just the WaPo who reported this. NPR confirmed it. Sarah Huckabee Sanders confirmed it. The Defense Department confirmed it.

Lay off the Kool-Aid

Confirmation from NPR:
A U.S. official has confirmed the request to NPR. On Tuesday evening, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders shared in a statement that "President Trump is incredibly supportive of America's great service members who risk their lives every day to keep our country safe." She added, "He has asked the Department of Defense to explore a celebration at which all Americans can show their appreciation."

Not a denial:
An aide to President Trump early Wednesday criticized the media for questioning the president's request for a military parade.

“I’m not sure why the media doesn’t want to have a parade for the military,” Marc Short, the White House's director of legislative affairs, told MSNBC’s Hallie Jackson.

And the coup de grâce:
U.S. President Donald Trump wants a military parade in Washington to top the one he watched last Bastille Day in France, ordering Pentagon leaders to make plans for the show of military might in the American capital.

No date has been set for the parade, but the Defense Department said it is "in the process of determining specific details."

There will come a day - soon, I hope - when Democrats and Republicans will work together, as they have in the past, for the good of the country.

In the meantime, Kim Jong Don Nee will have his parade, and then he will report to the world that he is much loved and admired because his people have honored him with a parade. And they will have clapped bigly, bigger than any people have ever clapped before.

Don't go on. You're embarrassing yourself. None of those are military parades. They're parades with a small military presence. Huge difference. But I suppose using your logic, if a parade includes a clown like Trump that makes it a circus parade.
