Being a responsible person is different than being a moral person.

Much of the options describe what a responsible should be.

I would add the following:

I pay my debts.

I don't try and cheat others.

If I am undercharged at a restaurant I always correct them and pay the right amount.

I have never had sex with someone who was unwilling.

I have maintained my health and practice safe sex.

I am responsible to my employees.

I have never hit nor groped an individual.

I give to poor people.
