He had it done in the 70s or 80s and nothing worked back then, what they can do now is virtually undetectable (if the right doctor is doing it)
With flaps, they take away any donor hair that could be used with today’s technology for a repair, making many of these men wear a hairpiece to conceal it.

Considering Trump himself has had no trouble commenting on other's appearance, there's no reason he should complain about this. Trump often wears a red hat when boarding the plane, now we know why.
And? Trump has asked people to tug on his hair. No one is more obsessed about Trump's hair than TRUMP. Republicans flipped out when Obama wore a tan suit, they cannot get upset that we now know just how Trump's hair flap works. We wouldn't care if Trump weren't so obsessed about it.
