Interesting that you completely ignored the rest of my post. If ANYONE in government were at all interested in stemming the flow of illegal immigrants to this country, they need to also go after supply with as much vigor as demand. Crap like that expensive wall is "feel good" garbage that does absolutely no good. People will find their way around it, just like they find their way around the fence.

Answer these questions, and you'll start to find the underlining real problem.
It has been a problem for some time, 1995 with Bill Clinton:

And, the Secure Fence Act of 2006:

And, DACA should never have happened!!!

There shouldn’t be ANY immigrants bringing drugs, gangs and crime into America, let alone the kind of numbers that come from Mexico, let alone that they are illegal aliens.

If Mexico were sending lots of PhDs, scholars, entrepreneurs and the like to America, then it would be a different story. Trump is correct to demand only the cream of the crop from Mexico and other countries to come to America.

It became an issue when Obama created the program.

The areas of the border that are open have always been open. It has not been completely open for decades. During the Clinton years they sealed off most of the border along California.

The difference is American economy has advanced over the past few decades where Mexico and Central America has stagnated. That disparity has fueled illegal immigration. If Mexico was not so corrupt and the government and people got their act together Mexicans would not want to move here.

Like I have said many times bring there minimum wage equal to our federal minimum wage and illegal immigration will stop. In fact self deports would be in the millions. As it stands now they have a weekly minimum wage which is close to $50 a week.

This BS about them "taking our jobs" is just that, BS. Employers can't even get us to show up for cushy jobs in the air conditioning, let alone take these hard, hot, dirty jobs that illegals are happy to accept.
I have no issues with South American migrants as they are technically rooted in Western values. For some reason we mostly have the poor migrate to the USA from Latin America. You hardly ever see South American upper class migrate, the only exception was Cuba in the 1960s and many middle class Argentineans.

I have concerns with migrants that do not have Western values as this can destroy the fabric of the USA which is a Western country. I worry about how women would get treated if western people become a minority. I will say that Doctors from Iran and India have western values too. I mostly worry about uneducated Muslims.

Lastly, it cannot be denied that the Dems see migrants as voters. This in itself is very DIRTY.

Um, South Americans are Latin Americans, and have the exact same values as other Latin Americans.

You are wondering why poor people immigrate? Seriously? You immigrate for a better life. If you're rich, there's no reason to immigrate in most cases.

Actually, Democrats see migrants as human beings. That's the difference between the left and the right.

Just Republican mud slinging designed to enrage the base - yea so Dems like foreigners more than citizens? Just like citizens who don't pay taxes always vote Democratic ? I think Trump proved that a fallacy.

Migrants don't vote and many never become citizens. Certainly no illegals are becoming citizens and never have. Illegal migrants have never changed the outcome of an election.
