$80 billion increase for the military and $0 for the border wall. Why increase military spending when we still have a porous border being invaded by foreigners?

For improved healthcare, definitely. Small hospitals in rural areas are closing constantly or cutting staff, leaving country residents no alternative but to drive to the nearest city. Military is important, but there should be a compromise.

Why build a wall when the mass murderers and those that arm them are on this side of the wall?

Truthfully, I am not sure, although I rather doubt it. I do think we need to be more efficient in how we spend what we do.

Its like Law Enforcement, you dont want it till ya need it. I am the believer its more important to prepare for the worst, pray for the best. So, yes, spend where it is needed most. I think we should also take money from non tax payers too.

Yes, better to have it and not need it than need it but not have it.
