After Janus, unions will have to appeal to folks who may join or not join a union, even wher one exists.

Freedom of Association is wonderful.

Last case like this went 4-4, so Gorsuch decides he issue this time.

I think if a shop voted to be union and you choose to work there and receive whatever gains the union bargains then you should have to pay your share of dues too. Majority rules and freedom of association is to join a different majority group and not be a freerider.
