I always dislike articles like this. If they *may* it also means they *may not*.

Why not simply report on the facts and leave the guess work out of it?

I've always held the opinion that public unions need to go. It's a moral hazard where they run their people for public office and fleece the tax payer. They have bankrupted countless places. CT, NJ, IL, etc. Private unions I am all for, although I do think that they contributed to the large scale deindustrialization in the late 20th century.

You might like this wording.

With Justice Neil Gorsuch since confirmed to the court, the justices agreed Thursday to again consider a free-speech challenge from workers who object to paying money to unions they don't support.

No "may" or "may not " about it.

Public Unions need to go! There are more then enough regulatory bodies to protect work safety and the Employment Market dictates the wages....

Yes, I'm a Public Employee....

Yes, that's fine. They agreed to hear it.

Forced union-membership as a condition of employment/continued-employment will hopefully be
done away with.

i agree that public sector unions need to disappear from the face of the earth forever. the real evil with them is that when union contracts are "negotiated" it is union employees "negotiating" with other union employees. and therein lies the conflict of interest there.

as for private sector unions, i have no issue with them.

I think there are some types of jobs a Union is needed. Not in all jobs, but yes some.

Unfortunately human nature is to take advantage of other humans.
In some careers and jobs this has happened and will without a Union

and i can agree with that, but unions should only be in the private sector. public sector employees, like teachers, police officers, and other government workers, are covered under civil service laws.
