The Quds Force (aka Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps) is the international terrorist arm of the Iranian military, according to the US State Department:

The Quds Force has since supported terrorist activities and armed pro-Iranian militant groups across the Middle East and beyond, including in Lebanon, the Palestinian territories, Iraq, Afghanistan, the Gulf states, and several others, according to the U.S. State Department.

The Qods force, along with its creation Hezbullah, was responsible for thousands of deaths and maimings of US soldiers in Iraq.

So are you attempting to normalize spending on a terrorist group because it is part of their military???

What about the Iran/Contra scandal, when president Reagan secretly sold arms to the Iranians despite an arms embargo on that country, to finance the Contra's in Nicaragua.

Look I don't know how many times people have to repeat this, the money belonged to Iran!
