They made me more determined than ever to vote for a candidate who could diminish their untoward power to mislead and fool people. A candidate like Trump.

And am I ever glad I did. Trump's greatest gift to the American people so far, is revealing to everyone just how biased and dishonest the media is, and proving it time and again.

So I was right. They ARE desperate for excuses to cite for Hillary's loss in 2016.

Were you an independent who was going to vote for Hillary but were bamboozled by a meme about Benghazi or her destruction of thousands of emails?

Did Vladimir Putin trick you into voting for Trump with a video of cute puppies wearing little MAGA hats?

If you're really that mentally weak that your opinion was so easily manipulated.......

Should you really be voting at all?

Not on facebook. Guess the answer is no.

I'd love to answer the poll but neither answer is something I would sign my "name" on.

Nope. FB to me is posting pics of goings on and seeing the same for family and friends. I skip by the political stuff most of the time and dont comment on them either way. Politics is poison and you never know if a moonbat or wingnut customer might see a post and I would lose a sale.

Why do you post here? Have you ever read something here that made you reconsider your views? Do you hope that your words will impact someone else's views? Isn't there an expectation on this board that people can be more informed and their views challenged? If everyone's beliefs are so immutable, what's the point of even reading or posting here?

I voted no, but I know someone that was going to vote for Hillary but decided not too because of all of the fake news about her. She was influenced and I'm sure there are a lot more people that were influenced by fake news. I still see it today, especially among my over 70 friends on Facebook. One posted a fake news story about a man that killed a Muslim because he raped his daughter. She fell for it as gospel. I think the seniors are the most vulnerable when it comes to falling for fake news. It's brilliant to target them because they are the ones that have a lot of voting power. Evil genius. So yes, I can see how this insidious crap can influence votes.
