Yes they do and thank you for making my point for me.

It is exactly why Obama made the choice to use him because of his paintings, his history and his choice of subject matter. Because deep down in the "place you don't about at cocktail parties..." he despises white people hates the white america paradigm and HE chose an artist aligned with those views.

Your question is BS but I'd rather have hidden sperm in a painting than a wife beater with no security clearance as the president's right hand man in the White House.

This quote is from the OP's link:

Quote:
It is not the case, however, that Wiley was “famous for depicting black people killing white people” before politically motivated commentators chose to make it so. Far from it. Of the scores of paintings the artist has produced, only the two based on the biblical beheading story depict such a scene. They generated very little controversy before Wiley’s portrait of Obama was publicly unveiled.
The man is hardly a virulent racist based on what I have read.

Would you if it showed a white woman cutting off the heads of black men>? Try that on.

Can you enlighten us all as to the choice of artist in the very first place. Could Obama not have selected another black artist.....and there are many to choose from.

It does appear that Obama was creating as much racial rancor he could manage as his star begins to fizzle into oblivion.

Obama made the choice to use him. It's covert on his part and it is consistent with his actions and person.

Is that what the painter told you?

There’s not one damn thing wrong with Wright. He served his country and earned the right to say anything he wants. He didn’t run for any office, and didnt ask for your consent.
