But the question is, why didn't he come forward when it was revealed that she would be working as a Director in the White House? They hated each other and if she truly propositioned him for sex and made him uncomfortable, he would have revealed all of the details to the public.

There's no proof other than Piers Morgans ramblings and lets face it oily Morgan has had his recollection of events questioned in the past in relation to the Leveson Inquiry in 2012, which investigated the use of phone hacking unscrupulous journalists and newspaper editors.
Lord Justice Leveson stated that Morgan's testimony under oath on phone hacking was "utterly unpersuasive" and that he was sufficiently unembarrassed by what was criminal behaviour that he was prepared to joke about it.
Morgan, a former News of the World editor, took over at the Daily Mirror in 1995 and held the position until 2004 when he was sacked following the publication of hoax photographs the newspaper claimed showed Iraqi prisoners being abused by British soldiers.
The News of the World stopped publication in 2011 after the phone hacking scandal, it had been published for 168 years.
Personally given Piers Morgan's history I wouldn't believe a word he says.
