And the ability to sign a NBA contact as a professional ballplayer. Or any binding contract for that matter. 20 year old actor should have a tutor on set and have his working hours limited

How can you expect a Child to vote on a bill that affects him and could push an item to be out of his reach where the Constitution gives it to him as a right.
I'm all for that.

Right on. And you should not get an abortion without Parental consent...till 21..
As we evolve as a society we have become less mature.
In the 1800's, 15 year old women were married, with kids on the way. Men were farming, hunting, raising families. Now, pajama boys are the norm, and accepted..

There actually is some science for constraining some activities to older youths. Full frontal lobe developement does not occur until the early 20's, hence so much risk taking by teenagers.

And abuse of firearms.

You went full liberal. " Abuse of Firearms" I guarantee you there is a smidgen of proof to that. And with all the guns in the USA, how many get abused via teenagers? 350-400 million we know of. Gurantee most guns arent in safes due to proper upbringing. And abuse, is minimal at best. Minimal.( and dont call mass killings abuse, as that is straight up horrible crime rarely committed)
Now lets talk about people under 21 and their abuse of drugs, alcohol, the opposite sex, and same sex now, bullying, fighting, reckless driving... I bet the numbers are significantly higher on the breaking of the law, than abusing guns.
Liberals, always agenda and emotionally driven. Can carry a conversation on with ya..

If you respond to me, do the honest thing and quote my entire post, or don't bother.

I blame "Other" (the school and the principal, the social environment of that high school and the parents of the shooter, an expelled student).

And also the FBI for not following up on the concerns of people reading the shooter's FB page.

Schools have to manage their problem students much better and with their parents, get those students the proper help that they need.

The shooter's parents both were dead. Part of his mental condition was mourning the loss of his mother. Not making an excuse, just staying factual.

EXACTLY. As Sean Duffy said last night on 'TCL', the shooting never would have occurred had this guy been in Wisconsin for various reasons.
