If there was an intent to align the walk with the talk, Trump Org could have :

Made a sincere effort to recruit, and/ or

Paid more / hr and poach the best from the competition, and/ or

Branched out to adjoining counties and run vans to central pick- up/ drop- off points as is common in resort areas of Florida, in season.
