I heard Mark Burnett of apprentice fame, the keeper of the trump racist outtake tape, also got paid a bunch.

The balance was supposed to go to charity. Reporters have been following up on this for a year now. Thank god for the free press!
It was a pretty sad and cheap event. I have been to wedding receptions with better decorations, better bands and more gravitas. Trump was able to pocket a nice chunk of change by cheaping out on the event and setting up a shell company that his wife's friend used to divert funds right back to him.

I think you are likely very right.

A $1.2 billion dollar mortgage comes due Feb 2019.

They have a lot of swindling to do.

Yep, that swamp draining is coming along nicely....
This is silly. Why would anyone care about who catered the inauguration or whatever they did?

Aren't you being a bit misleading?

They paid her business $26 Million to plan the inauguration, rent venues, rent port-a-johns, cater in food, assemble seating, etc....her business profited 1.62 Million of that 26 million. That seems like a normal profit margin.

You made it sound as if they just wrote her personally a check for $26 million because they have some nefarious dealings.

If Sheldon Adelson is OK with it, this will probably amount to nothing. I am guessing most of it was his money.

I agreed it is a normal profit margin for an entire corporation. She worked just a few days.

If this isn't what a swamp looks like what is?

Not to mention that the company that has actually run the last several inaugarations (for both parties) was also paid $25 Million. SO if that company got paid to run the thing, like they have in the past, was exactly was Melania's BFF doing? And what exactly was present in that event that was worth twice as much as it cost to put on the previous inaugural events?

Russian troll factory was indicted but it means nothing since there will be no prosecutions. That is why they are still posting anti Trump propaganda, just like Rosenstein said. Their activity and money increased AFTER Trump was elected. So much for Russians favoring Trump. You anti Trumpers are complicit -- Putin's Puppets. Dividing the nation is what they want so don't blame Trump or his supporters. We want to bring Americans together.
