I assume few Russians spent tens of millions of dollars for paid ads....and started fake groups to hold left wing political rallies in the USA.

Let me guess, ALL of the violence caused by the left were actually paid for by the Russians too. All of the riots after the election, the stores destroyed, cop cars burned, people assaulted, ALL paid for by the Russians. You people are unbelievable.
But Trump is pathologically incapable of admitting his mistakes. Just look at his tweets today - not one mention of the gravity of this situation. On the one hand, we have a puppet in Trump who is only all too happy to take up the presidency without regard for the responsibility and seriousness of this office. On the other hand, we have rabid Trump supporters who really could not care less about the absence of humility, morality, ability, and respectability in the Trump presidency. If we didn’t have a system of checks and balances (however eroded they may be nowadays), this could have turned into a despotic nightmare. Instead, we are treated to a horrible reality TV show on the daily dysfunction that is the White House: The Accidental President and the Russians Who Love Him.
No it's not correct and factual and doesn't vindicate Trump of anything. Just because they're not making an allegation now doesn't mean they can't make one tomorrow. One step at a time.

I don't hope for anything but the truth to be revealed. Somebody paid a whole lot of money to Russia to concoct an elaborate scheme to affect the outcome of a US election. And anyone that doesn't want to get to the bottom of that is just plain un-American.

That is what the 37 page indictment was all about. A Russian named Prigozhin financed it. And 3 companies paid the people to do the dirty work. They spent as much as $1 million a month. A pittance compared to what the campaigns were spending and they did not effect the outcome of the election. The Mueller investigation got the the bottom of it and indicted the people involved.
The Trump campaign did not collude with the Russians. That is the big takeaway. The russians did not effect the results of the election that is the second important point.
