Given that the US has meddled in the elections of Russia in 1996 and in 2012 is that a declaration of war against Russia?

Education is largely a local endeavor, funded at the local level as it should be. So why should the local school district have done something, and do something now? Why rely of the Feds for everything. How was Cruz his supporter?
You do know that Obama supported BLM, and they committed acts of violence, and still do, right?
