If anything we need MORE of these kind of open negotiations so everyone can see and hear for themselves instead of having it filtered, spun and processed by some partisan media person.
Oh I agree. I was responding to a poster who was saying that Trump's remark about "the hell with due process" was evidence that he was employing the subtlety and deception of an advanced chess player. He wasn't.

We'd all be much better of as a society, if we just owned revolvers, lever-actions, pumps, and bolt-action firearms anyways...
The people you are referencing ARE the "average" law abiding gun owners.

Your latter opinion does not equal the right o for your will upon other free citizens.

He doesn't and there is plenty of red tape for him.
Which makes him totally ineffective and unable to handle real problems of government. We will be paying for his incompetence for the next 50 years.

Trump's biggest probalem is he speaks and has absolutely no idea what he's saying. He isn't educated enough to know how the government works. THAT is why he was not a better choice than Hillary.
The interests of the people that voted for him would be getting trampled on right about now under a clinton presidency. I guarantee you they still view him as a better choice, as well as many that didnt vote for him.

It is disparaging, yet non the less true.

Ineffective federal government is the goal for many. Not everyone wants everything laden with federal restrictions.

No, dearie. Try to keep up with the conversation, M'k...?

"Weapons of War" are the weapons so designated by the Fourth Circuit Court. Can you google it by yourself, or do I need to post a link?

Pity you just can't seem to be specific and state exactly what you're talking about. "Some kinda militaristic styled rifle that can be converted" what kind of crap is that? Do you just not know what you're talking about or, are just too intellectually lazy to explain?

We'd all be much better off as a society if we just owned horses, didn't drink alcohol, didn't do drugs and got rid of all violent video games and social media. What other unicorns do you want to wish for?

Back in the real world, we'd be much better off as a society if we had some kind of caring for life, if we and our KIDS didn't constantly demand and watch ultra violent movies and crave ultra violent video games making them more and more lifelike/realistic with each revision. Yep, the daily total immersion of many of our youth in these games certainly couldn't have anything to do with what's happening now.

By the way, what weapon is the most favored or the most offered/used when it comes to shooter video games? AR15/AK47 maybe?
Think about that one for a minute.

Australia's doing just fine with that mix. I've done the same, and got rid of all the self-loading guns I owned.

Bats don't hit home runs. People with bats hit home runs.

If you take away the bats, you reduce the chance of home runs significantly.

Many of those federal restrictions protect you and the quality of your life. Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.
