I've also been waiting for a link to prove your claim that Christopher Steel is considered a "reliable source" by the FBI (or anyone for that matter.).

FISC Judge Maryanne Collyer's 99 page report on FISA abuses:
https://www.dni.gov/files/documents/...r_Apr_2017.pdf

The FBI made every effort to hide the fact that the "evidence" (wink-wink) they were presenting was from Russian government sources, paid for by the Clinton campaign, via a foreign national who was fired by the FBI for lying/leaking & was unconfirmed. They knew very well that they never would have gotten the warrant against Clinton's political adversary in an election year if they'd told the whole truth. Instead they added footnote at the bottom of the document saying some information might have political biases. It's like your teenage son telling you he scratched the bumper on the car last night. You wake up to see it totaled & find he was arrested for drunk driving. He says "I clearly told you the bumper was scratched" and it is. What he left out was the part about driving drunk, totaling the car and being arrested. The FBI was clearly not being forthright with the FISC court. In the end, Judge Collyer & a new Special Counsel will decide their intent, not you and I. To say that Nunes "outright lied" is itself an "outright lie". You can claim they added a cya footnote at the bottom and if the judge is too dumb to ask further questions, then technically they're good, but you can't claim they were completely honest and forthright with the judge about the extreme partisan nature of the unproven allegations they were making because it's quite obviously not true

The FBI does not have to release the FISA applications. Judge Collyer has said she will release them if the FBI refuses to comply. Either way you and I win.

Can you refer me to a page where the judge indicated that the FBI had been willfully concealing information on FISA applications & illegally spying spying on Americans for the previous five years of the Obama admin. If true how did the media miss this, did Sessions fire anyone.

I answered your question regarding Steele on the other thread.

Wow! The Schiff had the shortest half-life of any story ever. This forum reflects perfectly its fate in the big time media: GONE! Like it never happened, which is probably the goal. Air-brushed out of existence, flushed down the memory hole.

Mr. Orwell, you have exceeded yourself!

It turned out to be a non-event because of the delay we already knew over the past few weeks that Nunes memo made up their own facts like the dossier being the key to getting the FISA warrant. He should spend as much time on the Russian intervention as he does attacking the dossier, did you notice that the 10 questions were all relative to the dossier to which he already has access through the warrant.

Remember the claims of bigger than Watergate, KGB, secret FBI meetings, slight over statement to say the least.

The Schiff memo was a non-event because a few days prior Mueller's indictments of the 16 Russians had the effect of taking all of the air out of the Nunes memo. Once Mueller established that Russian operatives had an organized intel operation on US soil it legitimized the whole Trump-Russia investigation and exonerated the FBI. The Schiff memo ended up beating a horse that was already on life support.

How does 13 Russian ham sandwiches being indicted take the air out of charges of FISA abuse? Mueller hasn't proven anything, and he never will prove these Russians did anything illegal because they will never face a trial. Mueller knows this, for all we know Mueller has no real case against these Russians. We'll never know.

Schiff's memo confirmed the claims of the Nunes memo. Why do you think the Republicans voted to release Schiff's memo despite it having to be redacted? The Republicans made Adam Schiff a useful idiot.

I would say that the indictments and convictions of Gates, Papadopolous, Manafort, Flynn and Vander Zwall in addition to the Russians are very significant. We have yet to hear the Bannon testimony and others, this has a long way to go, maybe you were in the room?

If you think that the Schiff memo confirmed the Nunes memo then you have a future at Fox News.

Schiff confirmed that they didn't inform the court that Hillary, and the DNC paid for the dossier.

Schiff confirmed that they didn't inform the court that Steele was the source of the Yahoo news article.

Schiff confirmed that they didn't inform the court that Steale briefed a number of media outlet about the dossier.

Schiff confirmed that they didn't inform the court that Steele as desperate to keep Trump from becoming President.

There is a reason the Republicans voted to release Schiff's memo, it confirms their memo.

Schiff confirmed that even without the dossier that the FISA application was going to happen.

Schiff confirmed that the court WAS informed that it came from political sources, and only a judge with the IQ of a infant would get it wrong-and they could have asked if it mattered.

The reason it got passed on finally is that everyone saw through Nunes first ludicrous attempt. No one who can do even a modicum of reading and comprehension is buying this nonsense from Nunes -even before the Schiff memo..

No, he didn't confirm that, that is his opinion, an opinion that Andrew McCabe didn't agree with, as he said there would not have been a FISA application without the dossier.
