I don't know if they did or not but after the invasion of Iraq Qaddafi gave up any WMD programs they had.

This would be an excellent question for Hillary Clinton. It was Hillary's pet project to depose Qaddafi. She succeeded. When he was killed she said "We came, we saw, he died."

Qaddafi probably didn't put enough money into the Clinton Foundation slush fund and he paid the price for it. Don't mess with Hillary by not paying enough bribe money.

Apparently all they had were blister agents, although it seems they had chemicals to produce sarin, but for some reason never did.
