Hate to say it but now I have more respect for the President of Mexico that I do for our own elected representatives that bow and kneel and genuflect to their precious Great Leader Donald Trump. It will take decades for us to normalize relations with the rest of the world after we ditch this wanna-be thug in the next election.

Tax Mexico for their exports to the US: people. Add additional tax for the ones they let pass through Mexico from Central America.
How, pray tell, would you get them to pay? The country of Mexico wouldn’t pay, there’s no way to make them pay, and the people immigrating themselves don’t have squat to pay you or they wouldn’t be coming here for low wage jobs.

You'll never know since it's never going to happen. Only 2-4% of illegal aliens are picking crops and for those jobs there are unlimited H-2A visa for legal, foreign pickers. Try again!
While I can recognize the "humor" in your post.... it does kind of follow the still quite useful...."Give the man a fish" thought. If it would teach at least a modicum of self-responsibility....Let's go for it. Add it to the box!
Teach a man to plant and give him assistance to start a farming operation and he becomes productive and contributes to the GNP. Give him a package of seeds and nothing else and laugh at the money you saved by not feeding him, and when he gets hungry he will find you and eat you. Guaranteed. If you are lucky, he will kill you first.

Pretty telling that you guys are openly rooting against your country. What Trump is doing is putting America first in negotiations with Mexico, just like Mexico always puts Mexico first. You've become so used to your leaders always making sure we got the worst of every deal, that you've developed a case of Stockholm syndrome. NAFTA has cost us our working class, our manufacturing jobs & to a large extent, the power of our unions. That's over now & Mexico's pissed. Too bad. Trump's looking out for America again, whether you & Mexico like it or not.
