Good Friday is not a national holiday. Try again.

Why do atheists, some Jews and non religious celebrate it. They are not celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ. It is secular and allowed as a federal holiday due to Ganulin v. U.S., 71 F. Supp. 2d 824 (S.D. Ohio 1999).

What are the pagan holidays recognized by federal and state governments that people get days off for?

You referenced Easter as a religious holiday along with Christmas. So are you saying we celebrate Pagan holidays as well? Easter is named for Ostara/Eostre/Istar. As with Christmas, Easter was originally a Pagan celebration.
Well sure. But those are not the reasons they are celebrated.

And for most the birth and resurrection of Jesus Christ is not the reason they are celebrated.

I haven't seen any numbers on that, so really can't comment on the veracity of it. There are way more religious people in the US than I would have thought. What numbers have you seen on the subject?

Also, I'm not sure citing the Pagan origination of the holidays makes it non-religious. Just makes it a different religion.

How many Pagans do you know, Pagan temples?
How many people do you know that are not religious and put up a tree, lights, buy gifts, Easter baskets, color eggs.

You can find numbers by doing a search. So next time you see an Easter egg hunt or someone buying Christmas gifts ask them about their Pagan religion.

I looked up how many people attend church on Christmas and found 61%. To me that is indicative on how Christmas is viewed. But it was not a number where the showed how they determined it, so I wouldn't use it as a fact. I'm not going to spend a bunch of time on it - doesn't really matter to me. Just found it odd to not consider Xmas a religious holiday.

The only reason I even mentioned paganism was someone brought up their pagan origins. My point was only that is still a religious origin.

The Supreme Court ruled that beards are allowable in prison for religious reasons, so I don't see how this is different?

But really the most conclusive point that has been made is that they did not follow their own Policies and Procedures on the issue. I didn't see a link to verify that, but assuming it was accurately represented.
