Congratulations, they're talking about letting us have a nuke inspector go to the nuclear testing site- BUT NOWHERE ELSE.
Literally we can send someone to a site we know they detonated nukes on to figure out how they work. They've succeeded at that, and no longer need to test there. And OP thinks them letting us see the site somehow matters.
