You completely changed the question, the question was about a 26 year old woman and 14 year old boy, if you change the sexes around, it's a different question and I have a different opinion.
Most of the teachers when I went to school were a bit too old and not that great looking.
There's a couple I would have done and one of my friends claims he did. He was a game player and chaser so from my own personal experience with him and a few of some girls he pulled, I believe him.
I am reading some of the responses - why weren't teachers like this when *I* was in school - and wondering how it is that men can ask why harassment by a woman is not taken seriously.

Ok I get it. Its wrong and it shouldn't happen, it involves underage kids etc etc, but dammit WHERE WAS THIS KIND OF WOMAN WHEN I WAS YOUNG?!?!!?!? It might be different for other people, but back when I was 14 if I had a hot teacher like this come on to me, I would've thought I'd have died and went to heaven and I'd never tell a soul about this and ruin a great thing. I mean this is like having a winning million dollar lotto ticket in your hands and you just toss it away which is insane. But that's just me.
I have a son who is the same age and in no way, shape or form are him or his friends mature enough to handle sex - especially with an adult woman.
It's disgusting that any adult would find a 14-year-old kid attractive.

I don't think its necessarily wrong to find someone underage attractive. If you see a cute baby or toddler and you say 'Wow he/she is very cute!' as I'm sure people have done many times in their lives, does that automatically make you a pedophile? Or does that mean you simply find someone cute and/or attractive AND THAT'S IT? Namely just because you find someone cute even if they're underage, if you're not doing anything else like in this story with the teacher and her student, then what exactly is the problem?
And also with regards to your son he may or may not be mature enough to handle sex, but if he's straight you can sure as hell bet that he's curious about sex and most definitely is curious about girls. Maybe females don't understand this much because.........well they're female and they think differently about sex, but as straight males we're usually very interested in girls even at a very young age. Your son may not be ready for sex, but don't be surprised if his browser history isn't very PG someday or even now because he started looking at naked chicks and porn.
They shouldn't hire attractive women as teachers. Men and older women would be a safer bet.
There should also be stricter dress codes for teachers. I think they have been encouraged to be more like friends to the students rather than keeping it professional.
