You need to come with us, hunting hogs with only dogs and Bowie knives.
We will find out quickly, just how much guts you may or may not have and if you can think quick and calmly in a very dangerous position.
One of the funnest adrenaline rushed experience, you can have.

The amnesty program was the first major initiative in Australia since the 1996 Port Arthur massacre where a lone gunman killed 35 people with a military-style semiautomatic rifle.

Prime Minister John Howard at that time banned rapid-fire rifles and shotguns and tightened gun licensing. Additionally, the government bought back and destroyed more than one million firearms.

In the wake of these reforms:

Mass shootings in Australia dropped to zero
Gun suicides declined by an average of 4.8% per year
Gun-related homicides declined by an average of 5.5% per year.
1. This isn't Australia.
2. America first.
3. Second Amendment.

We are seeing the results right now of that cowboy of the old west mentality.

Not sure what the outcome of this will all be, but it looks like enough Americans have had it that some good changes are heading our way. Now, if we can get our legislators (who are beholding to the NRA) to get off their butts, we might see similar results to what Australia has seen.
Why don't you move there then?

There are only 2 words that have ingrained all forms of weaponry into the minds of free Americans that will never be bullied or victimized by anyone, including government.
Yes, only 2 fairly common words.

Concord
Lexington

Australians hand in 57,000 firearms during gun amnesty in 2017.

Russia is happy.

In the wake of these reforms:

Mass shootings in Australia dropped to zero
Gun suicides declined by an average of 4.8% per year
Gun-related homicides declined by an average of 5.5% per year.
Mass killings did not, however.

In the 22 years prior to Port Arthur vs the 22 years after:
Shootings before - 65 / Shootings after - 16 (that's not zero)
Vehicle before - 5 / Vehicle after - 6
Arson before - 0 / Arson after - 39
Knife before - 0 / Knife after - 13
Beating before - 0 / Beating after - 5

Total before - 70 / Total after - 79

The rate of suicide 1997 - 14.7 per 100,000
The rate of suicide 2005 - 10.3 per 100,000
The rate of suicide 2007 - 10.6 per 100,000
The rate of suicide 2016 - 11.7 per 100,000

A study of the association between gun law reforms and intentional firearm deaths in Australia found there was a more rapid decline in firearm deaths between 1997 and 2013 compared with before 1997, but also a decline in total non-firearm suicide and homicide deaths of a greater magnitude.

Because of this, it was not possible to determine whether the change in firearm deaths can be attributed to the gun law reforms.

Every time in history, that the population was disarmed, the violent crimes rose and a tyrannical government overreach increased.

Not one time in history, has more violence not occurred, when the population was disarmed.
