NBC led this story that Mueller is about to indict another batch of Russians.

"The new indictments would take a deep dive into how Russian intelligence agencies hired skilled hackers to break into computer network and steal emails from the DNC and Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta. It would also focus on the dissemination of those emails, which was first and foremost conducted by WikiLeaks, the self-described transparency site ran by Julian Assange."

Mueller seems to like to release indictments on Friday. So I guess we don't have that long to see if this NBC story is true.

It takes a "skilled" hacker to send phishing emails?

They might want update their criteria for what constitutes "skills" Id think

Isn't one of them in Spain and already under arrest?

Further, the whole point is to help establish that there really were Russians involved in influencing the election and it wasn't some 400 lb guy sitting on his bed or the Chinese.
