They have to prove their TOS was violated or it becomes an anti-trust issue.
Not necessarily that. Senator Cruz brought up an interesting point. Under the law, biased forums ARE liable if people use their platform to committ terrorist acts or push illegal causes. Ones that are neutral are NOT liable if a bad party uses their services.
So if Google, Facebook, and Twitter want to play this game, then if ISIS or Al Quada uses their platforms to spread their cause, they can be held liable for it then.

To hear it told on this site, those poor Christians are very oppressed in this country. But what can you expect when they make up "only" 83 percent of the population? Poor dears are so put upon by that other 17 percent. Especially around Christmas.
