BLM and Colin Kaepernick should be encouraging people from the black community to step forward and become police officers to keep the peace in their own neighborhoods... instead of always criticizing white police officers. Police yourselves instead!!!

It is never a good idea to disobey and then physically resist a cop. Bad move. It takes a certain kind of individual to do that, a kind that most people would rather not have roaming freely on the streets.
Most law-abiding people do what a cop tells them to do, believe it or not.

People who can pass the tests and don't have a criminal record doesn't leave a lot of candidates from the BLM community. Aren't they mostly on parole? I don't think you are eligible to be a cop with a criminal record or a history of drug use.
