I'm having trouble believing right now, that this is happening to my country and those who have leveraged themselves by hook and crook into power, are letting it take place. It's as though they are such fools as to think that they won't be brought down along with all of us, if it continues. Unless these rascals are tossed out and soon, hope dwindles daily. And we mustn't forget who has his hand on the nuclear trigger. Our allies are becoming our enemies, either economically or militarily and they will tolerate just so much of this threat to the world.

It will seem unbelievable that the U.S. economy was doing well, the unemployment rate for minorities was at record lows, illegal immigration was down to multi-year lows, a historic tax cut was just passed, and yet the left-wing media diverted attention from all that and focused on White House staff members that nobody cared about.

This was true in Obama's last few years as well. Yes it has even gotten better but remember -- Trump had zero economic policies for 11 months of last year and the economy chugged along.
I don't necessarily credit Obama policies for the steady growth the last 7 years of his presidency but I don't credit Trump for the growth during the first year of his presidency. We will see what happens this year. Stock market was not growing so big in February even before this trade war fiasco, will it sustain the growth or just peter out.
Job growth has been good for 88 months now -- Trump has been around for 12 of those (January 2017 - January 2018) -- let's see if that keeps going.
